At Club L London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Download & Attach Label

  Select your preferred shipping method, print the generated return label, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
